0mgbd Terms and Conditions

01 General Introduction

0mgbd is a safe and reliable online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms ("Agreement") form a binding legal agreement between 0mgbd ("we", "our", "platform") and any user ("you", "member").

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

Deposits on 0mgbd can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 0mgbd does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• 0mgbd reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

0mgbd offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Currently, new members are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount).
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.
• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If promotional codes or bonuses are misused, 0mgbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

VIP Program

0mgbd offers three VIP tiers for regular players:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

VIP tier changes are based on a player's ongoing activity and account history.

06 Betting Rules

All bets on 0mgbd are settled in accordance with the platform's rules. 0mgbd reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.

General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the platform itself voids it.
• Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the betting account.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• Deliberately placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• 0mgbd is not liable for internet disconnection during live games or live casino.

Bet Limits

0mgbd sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Players can set their own daily, weekly or monthly bet limits.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0mgbd platform:

• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through hacking, software bots, automation tools or any other technical means.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or steal their information.
• Deliberate collusion or attempting to influence game outcomes.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or facilitating their gaming.

Balance Upon Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited. In the case of voluntary account closure, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the rules. Bonus balance is not refundable under any circumstances if wagering requirements have not been met.

11 Limitation of Liability
