Prove your skill against real opponents, apply strategy in every round, and enjoy exciting Callbreak at 0mgbd every day.
What is Callbreak and why is it so popular?
Callbreak is one of the most popular card games in Bangladesh and South Asia. Played by four players, this trick-taking game requires strategy, analysis, and decision-making skills at every stage. It goes much deeper than ordinary card games because every card played is backed by a specific plan.
Callbreak is available fully online at 0mgbd, so you can play against real opponents from anywhere at any time. Whether on mobile or desktop, you get a seamless experience on both devices.
Spades (♠) always acts as the trump suit, and the more tricks you commit to when bidding, the greater your opportunity to earn points. The 0mgbd platform also includes detailed guides to help you understand the game easily.
Core Rules of Callbreak
Trump Suit
Spades (♠) is always trump. Any suit can be trumped by Spades, but only when the leading suit is not in the player's hand.
Bids and Points
At the start of each round, every player places a bid. Taking tricks equal to or greater than your bid earns points; taking fewer results in a point deduction.
Card Distribution
Each player is dealt 13 cards from a 52-card deck. A total of 13 tricks are played per round.
Follow Suit
If you have a card of the lead suit, you must play that suit. If you do not, you may play any card, but only a trump card gives you a chance to win the trick.
Winning Condition
The player with the highest total points wins. The total score is calculated across multiple rounds.
Four Players
Callbreak is always played with four people. In the 0mgbd online lobby, you can find three opponents at any time.
Effective Strategies to Win
In Callbreak, relying on luck alone is not enough — the right strategy makes the difference. Below are the approaches followed by experienced players at 0mgbd.
- Bid carefully — count the Spade cards in your hand; the more trumps you have, the more you can bid.
- Save your high cards — instead of spending all your strength early, hold back your Aces and Kings for the tricks that matter.
- Read your opponents — keep track of which suits each player is playing so you can choose the right card in the next trick.
- Avoid taking extra tricks — taking more tricks than your bid results in a "call" and you may lose penalty points.
- Understand your position — if you are in the lead position, start with a weak suit; if you are in a late position, hold back your trumps.
